A great opportunity for some reminiscing. My first job after school and military service was at Saab. Togheter with a senior technician we worked on cars that needed manual adjustments. For example police cars and taxis. But also for VIP's who wanted extra accessories. One of them was Björn Borg who got a Saab 99 Turbo with everything on it as a sponsor for Saab. I could no afford a Turbo myself but was proud as a rooster for my 99 EMS!
While on Björn I want to mention that they are having an auction this week at Kaplans in Stockholm were his Sjöö Sandström watch is up for sale. He got it 2003 when he participated in a pro/am tennis tournament. The year 2003 is an important year for him - it is the year his boy Leo Borg was born.I know we should be caustious with money here at WPS but hopefully it is ok to mention that the watch started on aprox 2000 euro and the bidding has now reached 5000. The deadline is on Saturday.
