I succumbed unfortunately..

I used to really like AP I have owned quite a few throughout my lifetime. I’ve had the AP jumbo 15202 in every dial color in ss and I had the ss perpetual calendar RO about 15 years ago. I regret selling that watch as well as the jumbos but I was anxious

A keeper

I probably am in the minority but these are the kind of timepieces that are kept from one generation to the next.

Sad to hear because the dials and shapes are so nice

Sad to hear, it is the reason I have been on the fence for a long time. My last AP was a 15300 and it was very solid and very accurate but heard meanwhile so many stories that I’m always hesitating. Crown falling off from 15202 and issues of chrono sticki

But the 14790ST is not exactly "hidden" anymore, is it?

My first AP was a blue dial 14790ST from an authorized dealer like 20 years ago, paid ~SGD 7.5K+ for it. Then I also bought a pre-owned Military dial 14790ST for about SGD 6.5K. They were already quite popular back in those days, but watches are relativel
