GP and AP share the same dial maker … Someco

Who are some of the dial makers for GP? Well, it turns out that one famous dial maker for Girard-Perregaux is also the dial maker for Audemars Piguet. Someco Read more about them here. Interesting website. In French: someco.ch Now you know. 🤝 Have a g

Thanks G.

I like the grey dial as I find it to be a good compromise between black (which I find a bit boring) and the blue (which I already have in other sizes). The white dial 38 mm is fine wears smaller for some reason. Copper didn’t suit my skin tone and looked

My GP laureato 38 mm anthracite grey just got a nice soap and water scrub. 🧼

Love how the gunmetal grey dial looks on the steel bracelet. ❤️ 🤝 PS Discontinued now … both in 38 mm as well as the 42 mm

Aahh.. Sort of another logical (?) step up of the Laureato line.. To me, although have passed on the the „typical“- blue dial 81010..

.. 81000 etc ( for the better - to me- VC Overseas).. Guess I might re-approach this for this new arrival ? Best to all GP - experts & friends ! hs.

Two little Q‘s: - is this the Ref. 8010 (Anniversary or“Heritage“)/ 41mm ? - & it came only in blue or white, but NOT in dark grey (or brown) as now is the case for the current 81010/ 42mm ? Thx in advance & Best, hs PS: as I have several nice Sports watc

Two cool shots.. Very cool indeed !.. So let me add a little comparative Trio, as I also got interested in the grey/brown..

The Laureato Threesome, but not Anniversary, like your pic but current 81010 ( apologies, the white photo representation somewhat suboptimal) It’s quite puristic, a bit too bright/white for me The prevailing one probably is still the blue - that model is

Well, I‘m not so sure.. Hmmhh, +1 for Chrono or Calendar.. BTW: The Laureato Blue on pic is the newer (81010) or yours with 81000/ LE & smaller ?

.. I tend to think its the newer one, pls comment ! But all-in-all I think GP will have some very nice stuff for every line.. Best, hs

Thoughts about the Girard-Perregaux Laureato 42mm Ceramic

Friends, Last week Girard-Perregaux launched a new member in the Laureato family, the Laureato 42mm Ceramic! From the press shots it looks big and bold. Dark and dangerous. My feelings very similar to my first reaction of the Neo-Bridges with DLC coating.
