Just arrived

A few days ago I mentioned ordering a limited edition Citizen Eco-drive Promaster, EO2023-00W. UPS just dropped it off, despite the small size, described as "women's" on the website, it wears well for a desk-diver, although if I was in the ocean I'd defin

Fun distraction inbound

Citizen newsletter hit my inbox, and this looked fun for a few reasons: Promaster Dive EO2023-00W Limited Edition - Listed as 37mm, specs say 36.5. (they list it as a women's watch, but whatever) - The newsletter described it as Citizen's "Fujifilm struct

Here's my AQ4091-56M - in real life the dial is indigo.

I had to get this one back in 2024 when I was hooked by the sheer amount of techical excelence, including eco-drive, that Citizen is putting into The Citizen. It's very comfortable to wear, and no worries about babying it. Everybody should have one.

I've (we've all) wasted tens of thousands of dollars..

The title is in jest of course, but this is my Citizen Nighthawk - Bought in 2007 for $175 on eBay. Eco-drive means no battery changes for 17 years and still ticking.. it's been diving (properly) in Thailand and is doing pool duty in Mexico right now.. st

A quirky design !

I don't buy many watches, maybe one every 2 or 3 years, I don't possess expensive watches because I don't like them ( can't afford them lol ). I mainly buy watches (9.999 out of 10.000) with my eyes, be it on the www or in a shopping window. But in the en
