Iam thinking of trading my Patek 5980/1A Nautilus Chrono and the 5170p platinum chronograph and add the funds to go for the 5204p

What are your thoughts ? Or should I add an incoming 5270 p salmon and enjoy all 3 and filter out something else In this process I may have to loose two or three smaller timepieces in addition .

PP Strap Tongue Position

I'm curious why every strap on every watch I own has the tongue (point) towards the floor whereas my 5204P came with tongue pointing up. I far prefer it down. Is Patek the only brand that does this? I changed it myself but interested in input. Thank you

We all have grail watches and finally I figured that one watch I would like to close my collection with down the road and May sell few of my pieces and upgrade to a Patek 5204P

I wanted it badly for my 40th birthday however I was unable to manage it due to financial restrictions then . 4/5 years and Iam looking to get the watch which I had been in love with for the longest time ...Holy Grail for me Patek 5204p which I can see my

In these challenging times how about a pleasant survey diversion - who owns a Patek perpetual chrono and when and why did you choose yours?

For me, a Patek PCC was always a grail and must-have for a collection. I started with dreaming of the 3970 when it was actual and even more the 5970. When the 5270 was announced new, I was very thrilled about the new movement which is - at least technical

I’m very proud to close out a glorious 2018 with a final addition to my humble collection. Please welcome Mr. (or Mrs.) 5370P. I’m in love. Despite my affection for most things Nautilus, the artistry and finesse here are simply jaw dropping.

I find my 5204P quite wearable. As a technical powerhouse I dont find its depth surprising or unusual, and find it wears thinner to my wrist. X factor of course is subjective, but I think it has it in spades. It’s perhaps my favorite GC from PP. A modern

Incoming 5204p

What a great piece! Will take some more photos when auction season is over and I have a bit more time. There are three things I would do to make it perfect but it still warrants a 8.5/10 rating!

So I didn’t get another Patek... but now I have my two grail watches what should I go for?

I have always wanted a hand wound chronograph and had my eye set on a 5170G. It was a good price and new... ... but then I got the chance of the rose gold Datograph and couldn’t resist! Trouble is now deciding what should be my next target. I appreciate s
