I was shown a Ref.5271/ 11p owned by a friend of mine. The actual blue sapphire was much deeper in color and attractive than the catalog photo.

The original 5270 is a leaf hand, but I prefer this shape type. Even the clasp is set with jewels, giving it a luxurious feel. We took a two-shot with 5539G (MR Tourbillon)

When I formulated the question I purposely did not say “which watch do you think is the best”. After all what does the “best” even mean? By saying “favorite” I made it very personal. A choice that no one could possibly disagree with. It is nothing more th

Hi Gordon, they are all of course beyond gorgeous, but my favorite from your pictures is probably the 5539 (azulejos), at least judging from the theme and the merry color:-)

I hadn't seen them yet before your post, so thanks a lot... Are they also being displayed at Basel? Hopefully I'll have a better sense of what to apply for this year (if anything at all! after my AD and the daughter are there this weekend. Some of the 508

Hi All, here is my (partially completed) post which aims to show photos of rare handcraft wrist watches that may not appear in the video on youtube and Patek's website.

There are some amazing enamel pieces with complications that "exceed" the 5531 ! What are your thoughts ? Cheers, Gordon p.s. photos are downloaded from a post written in Chinese and distributed on the internet for the audience in China by a watch blogger
