Hi, This is a Ref. 2591 without any doubt! It should measure 34,5 mm and I guess you did not take measure correctly in the dark bar with only a ruler! You should take a caliper to take precise dimension. It is not worth to spend a lot of money at Patek Ge
watch-guy, Thanks for the suggestion. But I thought the Patek Philippe 2591 had 4 tear-drop lugs and 33 mm case diameter, whereas our mystery watch has central mono-lugs and at least 35 mm diameter case...maybe even 36 mm diameter? Regards, MTF

Hi Gio, ref. 2591 and 60ties is matching. The ser. number and movement ser. number you'll find inside case back and on the movement mainplate. For a rough idea about value, I'd recommend to check auction houses archives (antiquorum.com, sotheby's.....) -
