Green is the way to go.
The green strap on the 5968A gives it an entirely different character. More subtle, more versatile, and honestly more wearable day to day. Sometimes a simple strap swap is all it takes to fall in love with a watch all over again. Great call. Bill

Without a seconds hand running, does the minute hand not move gradually towards the next minute?

Having owned both the 5168G Khaki Green and 5968A steel chrono and worn both many times I thought a comparison might be fun and hopefully interesting.

Actually for me much better than my 5968A. Quite happy that I got the second 5164G that arrived at my MD and that I declined some months ago on the new denim blue 5980 😅 Size, weight and style just do it for me compared to the other two mentioned models.

The orange hands and markers (on top of the black dial) match the strap perfectly, and this combination is super sporty with a great looking contrast ! The ability to have the chrono seconds hand continuously running is a big + IMO because the orange hand
