Browsing through Vacheron Constantin Chronographs

Caveat: having dedicated a separate thread to Vacheron Constantin Monopusher Chronographs , they're not included here. The models below are listed by increasing reference number. And, of course, I chose only one variant of each reference. Have a nice day!

Hi Arsenal, here are my 2 cents

I have a 6.5 inch wrist and both Ref. 42042 and Ref. 49140. Like you, I also like these 1st Generation OS watches because they are smaller than their future generations. Did you know the the Overseas collection are Tonneau shapped watches? I didn't realiz

Hello Guys I am trying do some research before buying my first vacheron, I basically narrowed it down to two models VCO 42042 (37mm) & 49140(40mm). I always thought the 37mm looked too small( although never got to try one in my wrist) but I am surprised (

Reunited! 42042 Back from the Spa

It's nice to have the Overseas Chronometer back from a service and reunited with the 49140. I am extremely fond of the Overseas Chronometer and actually prefer it to the Chronograph.

Missed my Overseas Chronometer after sending off for overhaul, so....

I decided to get an Overseas Chronograph 49140 to make the 12 week wait less painful.

As much as I like the Overseas Chronos....

they are a tad too big for my Asian sized wrist (6.6"). I would like that VC offer a smaller version (39 or 40mm) of these, like the older 49140. Transparent caseback, matte black dial, smaller minute totalizer for symmetry and removing the separator on t
