Panerai PAM 786 Luminor 8 Days Set Review

By total chance I recently acquired not just one but two new Panerai for my collection Some background information: The only Panerai in my collection is my beloved PAM 336 bought in 2011. This was the first panerai with the in-house P999 movement. After t

I am not with you here, PAM 140 PAM 289 may be not for all, but

I think they are aesthetical, gorgeous. If you can wear them losing their presence (I hope you can get what I am trying to say) then you have great companions. Personally I enjoy both PAM 140 and PAM 289, of course I do not compare them with any Panerai G

You are excused

Till mid 2000 many were worried if not horrified by the 44 and greater mm cases, whilst badly attracted by the phenomenon, for many the safe approach was the 40mm, n othing wrong with that, this was for many the way to jump in the waggon. Most of the past

The more talks the more PAMs

Anthony, I agree with you completely, well said! The more they are talks of Panerai the more PAMs are needed. In those 12 or so last years, we saw different approaches, different watches, different people too, but we have not seen less PAMs…

Some have already suffered, and we are expensively watching...

Some ADs 'partners' have already been burnt this way, doing all what was needed but solely benefiting the brand(s) and only helping developing regions and new to come in-house boutiques. This industry like all businesses is only about business. We are the

Admirable, You are the perfect customer

How you deal with this situation is to me a dream customer, I would want plenty of you to maintain a non-merited high life style... I fell sorry for anyone that endures such adventures, which truthfully are getting to many. The price we pay is also for re

I like the jacket ;-)

I also did like the PAM 289, I think it is a nice piece to own. It is to me a great combo with its 8 days power reserve and GMT. I bought 2 of those pieces, but that 'Panerai movement' killed it for me. Both watches proved unreliable, the second one, out

Thank you for your life wrist shots. The california LOL ...

The California with the logo is uneducated and a strange salsa. It is like that 339, worse actually! The look like 2533 with a torpedo, wow history is being re-written...? The 399 looking like but with no 8 days, I guess it works. Although they all look o
