Horological Meandering: Thank you...

...to everyone who was involved in making this GTG such a success. Great to finally put a few more faces to screen names. And great to welcome some of you to #teamwatchnerd! M

Chopard: There are some photos on Instagram...

...looks very impressive. The case is particularly complicated. I hope they release more information soon.

Independents: I've just picked up the Foudroyante...

...and I love it. Dead seconds *and* a Foudroyante. Two of the strangest complications - one to speed things up and one to slow them down.

Horological Meandering: What an incredible place...

Fantastic post and photos. Sorry it's taken me a few days to get round to reading this! I knew that place was pretty special, but had no idea quite how special. Lovely to see you on Wednesday evening, btw M

Independents: A highlight of the week...

I know Pt/blue is a classic combination, and that MB&F have used it before, but it really is stunning. Lifts the watch still higher, and seems to let the dial breathe even more. (Thank you Charris for allowing me time to shoot this!)

Independents: I really liked the GS

So unusual to see such a "boring" case back on a De Bethune (and sorry about the finger prints). I'm waiting for the first person to post a shot of them diving with it...

Independents: A few photos...

A few from last weekend. The dial is stunning - I'm not quite sure I've got the white balance right, but it seems to me to be a very deep, very De Bethune blue.
