It’s with an artisan and artist 60mm 2x 2.8 macro on a Sony A7C full frame camera. Amazing what a few hundred will buy nowadays in terms of camera kit.
I had initially tried to do this a few months ago but I don’t think I had the lighting quite right. I don’t have a macro rail and the setup is improvised so it’s very difficult to nail a shot.
I wonder if there is a technical reason for the reduction in quantity over the years? This one operates with an average time keeping daily accuracy of +1spd
