They always have done a great job and much quicker than most others. Their service is one of the reasons I love VC. So sorry someone ruined your experience with such a great brand. I have had issues with a few other very large well known brands and it soured my experience with them so I get it.

I actually love both matte and glossy and have mostly matte ones. So this one for me was a fun change up and one of my few gloss straps. It looks amazing in person and the strap is from Vacheron and is denim color. So for me it looks great on both and this one a fun change up! Best, K

Prefer it over the textured dial on Arabic one. The sand blasted platinum dial and white gold Breguet numbers are a perfect combo. This dial is textured versus the sand blasted finish on the 100th Anniversary Platine limited edition.

One of the very best watches I have ever laid eyes on. It wears so well and the dial is amazing. The movement is also amazing and overall it’s a perfect watch IMHO. When I wear it I find myself always staring down at the dial!

I have the 4500V in RG with blue dial and it is one of my personal favorites.
