I am in Tennesee just south of Nashville. y watchmaker rocks and typically does most of my work for the parts cost...can't beat that. Check the seconds hand in my follow up post........whacha think?
My jeweler ordered a blued seconds hand (the Rhodium wasn't available and onlu blued and gold were) in the meantime, he installed a generic that looks o.k.. Pics to follow. Crystal definately needs to be lower and rounded. Search is on.......
35mm SS case all original and from what I can see....only 1 watchmaker's mark on the caseback. I will need a crystal and a seconds hand (If anyone can help) as this one was nipped short at some point. I am in Lust......
I wanted one of these from the first release. I came close on 2 occaisions but never had the funds. As I recall, Omega had some Power reserve issues with this hybrid. Overall, I like the look but mostly, I like the uniqueness. Enjoy it.
I use Polywatch on my acrylic crystals but toothpaste does work in a pinch(never use Gel style......very abrasive:-( ) The crystal will do for now, but I will get it replaced with a lower profiled one eventually. I also agree that a watch can only be original once....and it seems that this one retai
