Jaeger-LeCoultre: Cost to Service

Good morning. I have a dualmatic that requires full service. I have received an estimate for full service (apparently because it has the compressor mechanism) it had to be sent to Switzerland) and it seems quite high. what might a "full service" run on a watch like this? thanks in advance

great watch. lots of scratches. you guys suggested toothpaste with a tissue (i.e. a facial tissue / kleenex?). would an AD be able to polish it? the actual face looks wonderful and the second pic really shows the blue.
