Rolex: Rolex 1600 dial

Hi all, I have a vintage Rolex 1600 watch, circa 1974. I need your help about its black dial because i have 2 doubts about this dial: 1. Zenith: I think..

Thank you so much, Marcus I think that, my case ( 01/02.0450.400) compels to go to with cal 400Z ( not cal400 like mine), so i said " my watch is not original". I don't think my watch is fake. Now i'am thinking that, maybe last time, the movement (400Z) was been corrupt and it's replace by cal 400,
