Audemars Piguet: Satellites and Oil Changes and Turbines and Tarantulas

Hi there! I personally don't think there can be too many Royal Oak Offshore limited editions. Not only do they keep the horological world interesting and enjoyable to us enthusiasts, it allows AP to creatively acknowledge and celebrate remarkable individuals, locations, and accomplishments. We live

Independents: Is a discount possible on an URWERK or Richard Mille?

I am strongly considering the RM010 or the current URWERK 103 in the altin finish. Are discounts possible with these models? What can I expect? I would like to know if anyone has had any experience with purchasing from these two brands before I make some phone calls to authorized dealers. Please PM

Horological Meandering: I would feel comfortable with at least three other watches...

Audemars Piguet: How does it fit? You don't need a short strap?

Is it a snug, comfortable fit? My wrist is about the same as yours. Oh, and congratulations on the new AP! Great timepiece!

Audemars Piguet: Does anyone know how the new ROO Diver will fit on small wrists?

I'm contemplating the new AP ROO Diver and it would be my first AP, but I'm not sure on how well it will fit my 6.5" wrist. Is the ROO even comfortable on a small wrist? Is it possible to outfit the new Diver with an AP short strap? I seriously wish AP would make a 40mm diver. I appreciate it, guys!

Patek Philippe: Off topic: Patek Philippe + Modest vehicle, anyone?

My peers ridicule me for wearing a watch that is worth more than my automobile (5065a, purchased pre-owned). I always tell them it's a matter of priorities. The Aquanaut will still be ticking long after even my '00 Toyota Corolla, which is nonetheless a durable, reliable machine. I was just wonderin

Patek Philippe: Wow. What a beautiful watch!

And when you guys say reference 96, do mean the 5196 and 5296 from the current collection? Or is the 96 a classic, continuing Calatrava model and the 5196 and 5296 are the latest versions? I need to my hands on a Patek Philippe encyclopedia or something.
