Hi everyone. I was just curious about value on these watches. Granted I did not pay retail for my Amvox3, but do they ever sell for retail? Do you think a watch like an Amvox3 will hold it's value over time or will it continue to lose value like a car? Stupid question perhaps, but I know of many wat
...agree, although when I look at the gold Amvox3 I now realize the face on the Platinum is probably "sharper" to look at. Either way I'm very happy with this watch. It's subtle, yet elegant, amazing to look at --- and no one knows what it is, which is what I like best about it.
Interesting. I wonder why this is the case. I mean, why wouldn't they just sequentially number them in production, then just sell them in order or something? I don't imagine they build a small amount, I imagine they build the entire allocation and then inventory them... I wonder what the process is.
Just curious, it's my first Jaeger, and I just received it last week. It's an AMVOX3 in pink gold, I'm hypnotized by its beauty.. but I do have one question.. on the back where it says XXX/300 the XXX part is sort of faint, like they inscribe it after the fact. The font is therefore not black, it's
So it's received, my sister-in-law received it at her house near Seattle. Since I am not there I have to settle for her crappy cell-phone picture. I'll be there in a couple of weeks, I'd like to go earlier -- we'll see I guess. I told her not to unwrap it yet, but she took a video unboxing of it...
They're so beautiful, thanks for the review. I still prefer the Amvox3 for some reason.. I don't know what it is.. Either way I look forward to getting my Amvox3 shipped to Seattle this week. I just need time to get out there to pick it up.
Apparently it should be in the States by Thursday or Friday. I should receive it sometime next week in Seattle. I just have to get there to pick it up ... very exciting, I hope it's everything I envision it being.
