I am not hung up about the Montblanc aspect. I think the watch is both Montblanc and Minerva. And anyone who are buying these will know enough about the history, etc anyways.

The new Freaks, whilst having better wearability due to its dimensions and water resistance, lost a lot of the charm I associate with UN. I personally feel the “peak” in wearability and design were the Cruiser and Freak Out era. Love the anchor motifs used in the bridges. I will get a Freak one day

Within a week, his team had looked into the matter and gave me a very detailed time line of what happened to my watch. It turns out that the long re

He responded to my chaser email straight away! Apologised for the delay and said that he cannot seem to see my first email. These things do happen. He now has his Director of manufacturing and quality manager on the case. Fingers-crossed!
