I had to stop for a break around the 2hr mark because I did not think of the salt/fluids being lost and was feeling the effects significantly. After a hasty retreat to my kitchen to fill a shaker-cup with some powdered electrolytes I was back at it. The versa-climber is an excellent torture device!

Love to see the classic water rower, and those dumbbells are nice! I spend quite a bit of time on my fan-driven rower in the early AM, and completed a marathon session of 42,195m earlier in the year - highly recommend it if you're interested in an uncomfortably sore derrier and have 3hrs to kill. Ha
