I had to go through an authorized dealer. When I purchased my watch from them I had them order the strap for me. Exquisite Timepieces Naples Florida. Steven Richardson helped me out back in 2011. Mine is a ROC with plot/rubber strap conversion. Yes, there are 4 new screws specifically for the plots/straps. My AD sent me everything. It took just a few minutes to do the change myself, and this was my first AP strap change. Good Luck.
