I was more concerned about detaching and re-attaching clasp to the strap. On some watches, these would be locked and require either heating or a special tool. Is that not the case with the patek?

I purchased it with a rubber strap, and will be wearing it with a suit for every day work. I found that I like wearing a rubber strap (favorite watch is a luminox, due to comfort). The GMT was just too heavy, bulky for me. I thought about a calatrava 6000 but thought the aquanaut would be more durab

After four years of trying to enjoy wearing a rolex gmt (not for me), I have purchased a new Patek 5167a Aquanaut. I will let you all know how it works out when it arrives.
