the woman in there cldnt be bothered...basically didn't even want to take the time to answer the questions....not only didn't she offer up to look at it, she said you don't want to open unless you have to...as she was walking me towards the door....nice....

i was under the impression the Iess you open up a watch, the better....so you have no issue having these things opened/serviced multiple times?

every 3 to 4 years? or as soon as the time is off a little?

my ROO needs to be polished but not fully serviced since its not that old. or is this a no-no and shld I send the watch to AP in florida for polishing? AP in NYC said they don't do it.

sons are young also, 6 and 4. when they turn 30 ill take the pateks out of the safe. if theyre good people, obviously!

money not an issue. i have 2 sons. i have a 5970g. id like to buy another piece in the same price range. that was the basis of the question. ie, what wld u do? another 5970, a 5270? or another watch all together in the price range.
