My brother picked it up today and it is a fake. It is a shell co made case and the dec 1946 clearly shows it is not a expensive or real Girard. Value 5-10$. Wasted trip. Oh well. If these pocket watches don't state kt etc.. Not real just plated. Thanks all. SHARLENE

Hi. I have found a girl whom is selling a Girard Perregaux Pocket Watch for $10. I am sure she has no idea about watches for she is young. She sent me photos of it and the back of the case says RRX (which i assume is initials of someone), and then down bottom it says Dec 1946. The front of the watch
