I must try a crawfish dish, any recommendations? I've never had crawfish before :-(

No hesitation I would send the watch to Patek, if you would ever think of selling such watch with third party repair. I'm quite sure it would hurt resale value, just have faith in Patek & send it in for service. She will come back brand new for you.
