Photography: Great find.

One of her favourite authors, I suppose? I missed a first edition of Iris Murdoch's Under the Net recently, and I'm still thinking about it!

Horological Meandering: Very interesting reading about Lord Sempill and the Sempill mission.

Never knew that part of the history between Imperial Japan and Great Britain. Great sleuthing on the Heuer movement! Any insights on G W Gladman, and/ or his W.E.C. colleagues from the S&M branch?

Zenith: It's a common English phrase.

Like Claudia Schiffer was the cover girl for many magazines back in the day. It may be Zendaya now, for all I know!
