Jaeger-LeCoultre: Back from service, polished and pretty

Was running +6 sec a day... now roughly +0.5 sec a day. A good polishing some how makes it all worth it, just to get those 6 seconds back.

Jaeger-LeCoultre: Living with the Universal Time

Been wearing her every day for all occasions. Her face is now familiar, but hasn't lost her charm - she looks different depending on the light, and she is equally at home in formal and casual environments alike. Jaeger-LeCoultre: The quality of the lume was the surprise added bonus for me

I've seen lots of photos of the Universal Time prior to making my purchase, but as beautiful as the watch is, I was really curious -- I wanted to see the lume, and I really couldn't get a good sense of it in a boutique. Probably much to my fiancée's amusement (or chagrin), the first thing I did with

Jaeger-LeCoultre: The Universal Time, brilliant in daylight, seductive with her lume

Jaeger-LeCoultre: The time in Noumea will never be a mystery again

Better photos eventually -- just finished peeling the plastics off, and thought I'd share my very first JLC... the stainless steel Geophysic Universal Time. Over the moon right now. She wears like a dream.

Jaeger-LeCoultre: Thanks, I know there's a few Universal Time owners here that might know

I checked it out at the NYC Madison Ave boutique on Friday (I live in NYC). Talking to a few ADs this week to see who has the best deal, although my usual go-to is Govberg in Philadelphia and having it shipped. I have a few Omegas and got to know the box contents well. Seems like JLC uses a few diff

Jaeger-LeCoultre: A few questions for Universal Time owners

Tried the Universal Time on at the Boutique on Friday, and can't stop thinking about that dial. Seriously considering purchasing one this week! For those fortunate to have one and have lived with it for a while... Question 1 - Since there's no date window and the hour hand hacks separate from the 24
