If it really bothers you, check with AP, They might do laser welding to repair damaged cases and bracelets. If they do, it will come back looking like new. But, it will not be cheep....
You will be responsible for water damage repair, Unless Relox determines the water intrusion was caused by a manufactured defect. As for swimming and jacuzzi, swimming is fine but taking the watch into a jacuzzi is not recommended. Enter the jacuzzi at your own risk.
