Vacheron Constantin: Exquisitely under-appreciated watch.

There's not much to dislike about these. They do everything well. The beautiful dial. The interesting and complex case. And then...the multiple interior angles in the movement! Enjoy, and wear in good health.

Horological Meandering: The hour markers are hand painted, though - right?

I really like the combo of Breguet style executed by Asaoke? Great case size too...and aren't the hands finished by hand? Thank you for the live shots @ pkonos.

Vacheron Constantin: Beautiful watch

and I would argue some of the best value in watchmaking - dial side & especially those interior angles on the movement. Enjoy!

Omega: Thanks for taking the time to write such a considered response!

Wear in good health; it looks great. I'll keep musing...

Seiko: Beautiful watch

It’s very hard not to like in the flesh. There is an overall sense of thought, finesse, and craftsmanship. Comes together nicely.

Omega: What’s the ownership experience like on this watch?

I think it’s more a blueish grey than a blue. I love the whole concept and am thinking about picking one up. I don’t adore the fauxtina but can live with it in respecting what omega have chosen and are attempting to deliver. I have tried it on a few times but TBH I prefer the new dial on the current

Horological Meandering: 5212, no question.

The far right Patek is perfect Patek. And as soon as you got rid of the other 2 brands, you'd miss them and regret the decision.

Patek Philippe: Perfection

This and the 3970 are peak Patek in my view. RIP Peak Patek.

Patek Philippe: Under Thierry et al...

It really doesn't seem possible, alas. Compare something like this to a 5320, and even the recent 8 days Calatrava and the design language seems...lost.
