Gentas design is turning 50 this year and IWC supposedly has made some editions celebration that anniversary

Any news/info on the 50 anniversary pieces?

42mm isn’t bad, but the argument for the size is nonesense. Audemars Piguet has 41mm ceramic; IWC should without a doubt be able to follow suit or even surpass by making 40mm ceramic. And I am still wondering how they haven’t fixed the bracelet with a micro adjustment function akin to the Overseas b

The bump at 6 o clock ruins the flow of the design for me. I understand that the tourbillion needs space, but this reminds of Royal Oak 25831; however the bezel is still intact, but the tourbillion looks misshaped. So a reverse of the Ingenieur. This being said, green and gold is just a superb combo

I do wish it was 40mm, or 41mm would suffice. I tired on the black ceramic last year and I was unfortunately not that impressed. This one however has me curious!
