I'd go time only probably regardless of budget, but if finances are a large consideration, check servicing cost of PC.

Strongly prefer the Lange Saxonia Thin: proportions, case size, simplicity, comfort etc... just appeal to me much more. Have both.

Omega:
Agreed on all points
As is often the case, Omega gets so close but ultimately has compromises in details that keep me away. I find these at first glance very appealing, however.
