Rolex: Datejust or Oyster perp 41 on leather ?

Has anyone had any luck on putting the current production DJ 41mm or OP 41mm on a leather strap? Seems the spring bar holes are too close to the case to make it look good, unless you have curved spring bars? If you have successfully done this, pictures would be awesome!

Rolex: Explorer II

My Patek Aquanaut 5167A has been my daily go-to, do anything watch for over 10 years, but recently I somehow managed to beat it up too much, and the hour hand got knocked out of position (I still have no idea exactly how this happened). Patek Philippe: 13 years. This is the first issue it ever had.

It truly has been a beater watch, worn hard and enjoyed to the fullest.

Patek Philippe: Maybe I bumped it into something without noticing.

The minute hand is correct, because the date changes when the minute hand is at 12. So the hour hand is somehow ~25 minutes off.
