Hello all, I am new to the site, and somewhat new to Panerai, but I really like the look. I'm trying to decide on which Pam to get. I think I'm leaning away from the larger watches (45+) since I have a relatively narrow wrist. Any suggestions would be appreciated, and photos would be really helpful.
