Horological Meandering: A few others...

Ulysse Nardin's Dual Time is incredibly user friendly. I believe the Executive version utilizes a ceramic bezel. The Girard Perregaux world time is interesting and can be found in steel or titanium. Most include a chrono, but there is a version or two that does not, including the Laureato Absolute (

I love this watch! I think it is the perfect combination of form and function, a really pure and purposeful representation of high watchmaking. This is the type of complication that I really admire. The UN Sonata, GO Senator Chronometer etc. Best, -P

Ulysse Nardin: The Sonata is quite unique

As Nicolas has pointed out it sounds more like a repeater with measurable pauses between each strike. I own a JLC memovox and have heard others fairly compare it to a school bell. The Sonata is more of a ding... ding... ding. I do love my memovox but will say that the Sonata is in a class of its own
