Patek Philippe: Size

That watch wears bigger than designated 37mm. And thin.

Nice Patek. Which reference is that? Thanks so much.

A. Lange & Söhne: dato comfort

As I have previously posted on the issue of dato and comfort, a deployant (ss or plat) works wonders. The weight is supported by the ends of the deployant, and so do not feel much on the top of my wrist.

Patek Philippe: nice collection

Really nice Pateks! My issue would be when servicing, and possibly in need of parts, do collectors take these type vintages to a qualified watchmaker who don’t have access to Patek parts or do you pay up for authorized servicing? Thanks.

Patek Philippe: Pateks

I have the Neptune and like it very much. I have looked at the 5320 and if there is one Patek I would consider next, that would be it.

Patek Philippe: Patek 5085

Congratulations on this purchase. I have had mine for about 20 years. The case size was made for this movement and case is very thin, which further compliments the thin movement. And very comfortable.

A. Lange & Söhne: deployant

My dato original sits the same way. A moot point. It is not top heavy with a butterfly clasp deployant. Could even be ss. The clasp on the bottom of your wrist will support the weight when you turn your wrist and the watch leans. Don't feel my watch on at all. Its a simple fix.

Omega: Dial

Great dial. It talks the past.
