I've just found the answer in the watch passport, its black oxidized hand.

Red color on the moonphase disc is my main reason to pick this one.

At first I prefer the blue. After a closer look both of real pieces, I love the red one.

I've found that the date hand (with red tip) look like black colour from top view, but when looking from horizontal view about 30 degree the surface is gold like the other hands. Is this called black polishing ?

i choose this one because of the moon on red sky.
