Jaeger-LeCoultre: I like the white-dialled steel watch.

But I don't like the price increase. Same case thickness as the cheaper blue, burgundy, and green, but with a cheaper strap and a significantly higher price. I would want this on a black alligator strap to wear with black tie.

I recently had a lovely trip to the new Boutique in Bond Street to see the limited edition SBGY029. SBGY029 and SBGY003 I had the pleasure of comparing it with my friend's own SBGY003. I didn't try it with the clasp closed, but it felt fine draped on my wrist. The rice beeds alternate polished and brushed, I think. The AD confirmed that it would be easy enough to put it on a leather strap, which would probably be my own personal preference.
