Horological Meandering: PP every day...

I get a sense that FPJ collectors and investor groups could be self funding the FPJ rise - à la De Bethune more recently and Panerai in the past. Audemars Piguet: Love this piece!

Hope there's great weather so you can fully enjoy your trip and the AP house in Hollywood. I think any of your AP pieces are outstanding and more than appropriate! But that RD2 - I still can't get over the thinness! Enjoy Peter

Audemars Piguet: Enjoy the new one!

Audemars Piguet: Hmm...

Reminds me a little of the slight differences between a PAM001 and PAM002, albeit without seconds. In this case a dateless one would be really nice as a unique piece. Peter

Audemars Piguet: Ha!

Funny thing is that I did indeed go to Atelier Jean Rousseau for new straps with rubber backs so I can wear the hell out of this watch. It's been a while since I've felt this kind of connection with a watch! Thanks for the funny note! Always a pleasure, Peter

Audemars Piguet: Thanks! Gotta love churrasco...

And Malbec. If you see a person spending time photographing his watch more than his wife or food, stop by! Cheers Peter
