Ref. 5134 is a very practical travel companion, which allows changing the time for that of a second time zone at the push of 2 buttons at 8 (advance the second time zone hand forward) and 10 (which moves the same hand backwards) respectively. White matte dial with gold applied Arabic numerals and outer white track. Black feuille hands for local time and gold hand for home hour. Two subsidiary dials for the seconds at 6 and 24 hours at 12. 18K yellow gold 3-body case measuring at a diameter of 37mm and height of 9.8mm. Screw-on transparent case back displaying the movement. 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe deployment clasp. To enhance its functionality, Patek Philippe optimized Ref. 5134 with a patented "dynamo metric" winding crown, thus eliminating any risk of failure or damage to the winding mechanism when it reaches the fully wound position. Movement used is Patek Philippe’s classic manual-winding 18 jeweled Caliber 215PS FUS24H which is stamped with the seal of Geneva high quality hallmark, 28,800 vph with 44 hour power reserve.
