I got mine back today too!
Only 4.5 months for service…did not take them up on polishing/laser finishing though…that probably would have added to the timeline

maybe this is what the brand wants?? They see themselves as a very high-end/exclusive watch brand and "not for everyone" unfortunately....but I have services multiple Pateks at a quarter of that price so there is room for cost/operation efficiency.

I know when I sent in my OG Datograph it was 4 months with complete case refinishing. But then again I know Alkis did speed it up for me for being a long time friend. But the case had to go to Germany.
