1/ Yes, Antiquorum should have waited for an official legal advice ( police or court of justice ), and THAT is a big mistake.
2/ There is a proof of criminal act, since I have a police report ( parisian police ) about a BURGLARY, which is a crime.
3/ To know if the consignor is of good faith or not is one thing, to bring the evidence to the victim of the burglary and legitimate owner of the watch is another thing.
While I brought all the evidences of the burglary I was victim and of the ownership of that watch, they just answered by an assertion, no evidences of that.
The consignor may be of good faith, or not... He could even at thought about selling the watch through Aq when discovering that the watch was stolen. When did he " buy " this watch? This date has to be compared with the date of his decision to sell the watch through Aq. That may be interesting to know.
It would also have been interesting to see an evidence of the condition of his purchase...
For the moment, sorry to say that I am totally unhappy to be in the ignorance of all these informations.
Totally unprofessional.
Totally scandalous.
But I appreciate a lot your efforts and time, my friend.
All the best,
Nicolas.
