Hard to tell from that perspective.
I have a steel one and it looks a little similar from a straight on view but totally fine from a bit more distance / perspective.
But of course it’s all about comfort with it. It’s a wonderful watch, especially with the ability to have a rubber or leather strap. 
To my eyes....
It does look slightly large for your wrist, but I wouldn't say unacceptable....
Does look quite long which is a shame, beautiful watch..
I value wearing comfort above just about anything else...

because of its guilloche dial. But, on this photo, it definitely looks slightly too large for your wrist. Photos are tricky though and make any watch look bigger than it is in real life. So the only thing that matters is your personal feeling when the wat...
Too big..
The endlinks in the middle of the strap extends way beyond your wrist.. I understand it’s 52mm endlink to endlink despite it being only 40mm In my opinion the lugs and links on this watch is really unflattering
Yeah...looks from this angle that those integrated end links have got you.
May be not the Lange for you, however: you are the only one who can tell and needs to be happy with it.
wear above the wrist bone
the photo shows the watch too low and loose. adjust with the bracelet for a tighter fit so it will not go over the bone wearing the watch higher up.
I find it a little big as well. if I recall correctly the first series of this new collection didn’t have the centrepiece of the link tied to the case, like in your picture. It was actually part of the bracelet, such that the watch could be worn with the
a strap like a normal watch with lugs. Personally, I never understood why they changed it to be like the current version
My opinion is never be afraid of "too big" when it comes to watches.
If you like the watch, then it fits you perfectly. No need to worry about size. It's a geat looking watch and I hope you enjoy it.

don't conform to the watch-sizing-rules....
if you like it wear it! i have the same watch, small wrist as well (16,5 cm) and love wearing the odysseus WG. also close-up pics do not correspond to natural vision. enjoy your watch and forget the rules.
What size is your wrist?
It does look big...but I'm also of the camp that you should wear whatever you like, even if the internet says it's "too big"... (but only if you find it comfortable...) P
It was big on me also....
I tried on the Odysseus several months ago and loved it. The lugs and strap links could have been better designed IMHO, as the extend more than needed, and come off a bit big on my 17cm wrist, evening though it is flat. I could barely pull off the grey WG...
