If you are looking for something less feminine yet still delicate and poetic you could consider the Emil Lange 1815 Moonphase 231.031 and 231.035 as suggested by CR, that are definitely masterpieces.

impressed by the new Little L1 MP dial
I am very pleased by this interesting dial with small & larger stars indexes, the blue font date window and etc... What do you think about this new elegant dressy L1? 36,8mm x 10mm could either fits well on man or woman wrists. ...

I would consider to dress down
the combo and switch to a clasical L&S grey strap with stitches (probably in white instead of blue). Your shirt inspired me ;-)

Because of the star hour markers I wouldn't be able to wear it as a man's watch. Just my personal view.

(a) Lange's guilloche dials (some but not all of them are mother-of-pearl), and (b) other Langes with stars on the dial (such as the Emil Lange 1815 Moonphase 231.031 and 231.035)? I wondered if it's just something about the star hour markers on this part...
