I am actually surprised

 

that the current owner did not come forward yet…
Perhaps the feeling of losing his money, besides the watch, is weighing very heavily and therefore still contemplating….
However, I can imagine this is insured, but then again, I don’t know whether the insurance company will pay-out in such a situation.
