A. Lange & Söhne

I think it should be fine

Our wrist sizes are probably quite similar. I think the Datograph Up/Down looks fine on my wrist so it should be fine on yours too. It isn't the lightest watch out there, about 215 gram. It's about the same weight as my Lange 1 Timezone. Yes, I weighed them. smile But I thought it was actually more comfortable than the Timezone. There have been reports of the Datograph being top heavy. I can't really comment on that but I can tell you that the Datograph Up/Down does not have the top heavy issue, probably because it is a "wider" watch. It sits firmly on my wrist and does not roll. I am using a tang buckle by the way.

I live in Singapore too. I have been shopping for my next watch recently, and saw a Dato U/D at Sincere Marina Bay Sands and another at Sincere Suntec. You can of course check it out at the Lange boutique too. Lots of watches at AD's now. Apparently sales have slowed down quite a fair bit in the last few months. Good for people in the hunt.smile

Let me know if Robin and you are meeting up. I might be able to join in the fun.

Regards,

ian
