I was sure someone will ask... Ok here it is...
THIS Cabaret was on our collectors market some what? 10 years ago, a bit less?
I saw it, thought 24 hours on how to get it, because, if my memory serves me well, the seller lived in Asia.
24 hours after, I found a solution, but the watch was not available for sale for a good reason. Someone bought it, maybe one or two hours before me.
I was pesting, wondering who was the Bastardo who did that to me...
He was... Fernando, who posted it a week after. I asked him if it was not the very same for sale one week ago... He told me Yes...
Since then, we are friends.

I was at a champagne & canapés pre-Christmas thing at Stanford Hall in Leicestershire yesterday, given by Pragnell of Stratford-upon-Avon. It was unusually well done: an excellent venue, not too many 'guests', an interesting range of watches, jeweller...

When I attend similarly fashionable events I refrain from describing them in such a high brow way. It’s a real turn off when one focuses on the setting and not the watches.
You seem to like black dial watches...

They call it the 3/4 rotor and it's such a delight to view.
The three-quarter plate, made of untreated German silver, is also a hallmark of Lange. My pleasure! Best fernando
