Oh my.
This is one of those Lange 1's where I find so difficult to stop staring. The constellation (including other minute designs) on the dial and the gorgeous moon phase window gives the entire dial a lustrous balance!
The Southern Cross is a constellation (see applique at 12 o'clock) seen in the night sky from the southern hemisphere.
This watch is one of a set of two watches of a limited set (101 sets) named Luna mundi. The other watch is made of white gold and shows a constellation of the northern hemisphere, the "Ursa Major" / big baer
