I did synchronize both watches but i forgot tor wind the Langematik. That´s the reason for the difference in time. ;-) Best wishes! Sascha

Is that true? Is Lange's manual movement more renowned and loved than its auto counter-part? in my eyes definitely no! It depends on your own opinion, on what you want. I think, both movements are top quality and pure Lange. I know a lot of people they do... 

Very interesting reading about a watch we don't often speak, and this is not justice. This Langematik is a lovely, and most important, a true Lange. Nice Duo! Best, Nicolas.

Du legst aber auch ein Tempo vor I guess that the Langematik is the ideal 2nd Lange after buying the L1. Different color, different look and handwind vs. automatic movement. You did everything right. Enjoy your watches! One question left: did your passion... 

@ stere: my Lange passion is based on a long story. I am interessted in watches since over 20 years. It all began with an IWC Ocean 2000 in a retailers display in 1987. This watch was completely different to all the other watches there. The Titanium, the ...

I much prefer the 37mm version, I found the larger version a bit unbalanced. Fr.Xavier

Hello Xavier, for me the Langematik with 37 mm diameter is the perfect choice. I own some watches with more than 40 mm diameter,but these are mostly sports watches. In my eyes the Langematik is a very elegant watch! Best wishes! Sascha

To my, PERSONAL !!!, taste it looks very much like a Bauhaus-style watch, like the iconic Junghans Max Bill. The batons are quite long, looks a bit too "spiky" to me ... Just my humble opinion, feelings and perception, and NOTHING more, about this Lange .... 

as well at first and actually liked the new Saxonia version better with the smaller markers. I got mine in a trade and figured I give it a shot. I have to say that the baton markers look great in person, especially from a short distance. It makes the watc... 

I own the same watch as well and love it. The movement is to die for, its a shame that this model is often times overlooked. It think at 38 or 39mm with this dial layout, more would have paid attention to it aside from the fact that it competes with the L...
