I am just now getting to where I feel that the watches I bring to these events measure up to the quality of the others that I see -- although the great thing is that these guys were great to me before I upgraded my collection 
It's all about the people! Oliver, you have met all 6 of us, so you know that I am always in good company when we are together.

...was a revelation to me. The owner of that piece also has the Pisa Dato -- those white metal watches with silver/grey dials look fantastic! Wish I had taken better photos -- perhaps he'll lend it to me for a photo session... Best, Gary

The wild thing is that it wasn't even a "Lange lunch" for us -- I know of at least 4 or 5 other Lange pieces owned by that group, with one more (a PT Zeitwerk) incoming this week... Best, Gary G

Unless I'm seriously mistaken
...there is at least one RL PLM owned amongst the members of the "Gang." At some point soon we'll have to have a Lange gathering and I'll capture everything then! Best, Gary

That's true... although He (the watch) wasn't present this time. Then again, the wearer was probably more keen to wear his more recent acquisition.

There do seem to be some avid groups around the world (the Australian gang, Ken's friends in Japan, etc.) and I'm really pleased to have found such a set of friends right where I live. Best, Gary
