My first Lange
As thanks for the great info I've gotten from this community, here's some shots of my first and only Lange so far, which certainly won't be my last: the current-gen 1815 Up/Down....
Superb choice, I loved the numerals
as they seem to be 'raised' from the dial. Feel free to post more shots. I think this is also likely to be my first Lange.
1815 is Lange and Lange is 1815 is what I am praying for years ...

The number paint is indeed raised slightly from the dial. One thing I love about the Up/Down, and one of the reasons I chose it: no cut-off "6". (I respect the historical reasons why that's done on the other 1815s, but if given the option to have no cut-o...

The camera is the least important factor
...to why these photos turned out well: 1. Great subject. 2. Great lighting (off-camera speedlights). 3. Great glass (a macro lens). Get those, and any camera shines.
